They both look like superb candidates for restoration. There's not a lot of rust, and the exceptionally cold water will have inhibited the activity of organisms that would eat organic material like leather seat pads. I would venture to guess that if the lubricants and fuel were drained and replaced that these two would fire right up and shift through the gears. I am thinking that the TC's hatches were opened by the divers? No reason for them to be open while in transit; indeed they should have been sealed with Bostik sealant for overseas transport. These two are late-production examples, judging by the front hull lift rings right out at the edge of the hull.
